Procrastination seems to be the name of the game for many people, reminiscent of an old song about a leaking window; the window: “she is broken and the rain is comin’ in and if I do not fix it, I’ll be soakin’ to my skin; but if I wait a day or two, the rain will go away and who can need a window in such a sunny day? That’s the “I’ll think about it” theory which means that nothing will happen. We all tend to procrastinate, many times to our detriment.
The best way I’ve found to take care of a malfunctioning item or items needing servicing is before the disaster occurs. That means semi-annual servicing of your HVAC system and annual of your roof if it’s not title or a similar surface and prompt attention to any other household item which does not function as was intended by the manufacturer. The older a home is, the more repair oriented one needs to be.
If you have any repair/replacement issues you need to address, I’d be happy to get you to professional vendors who will do a great job. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact me!
